For the green facade of the Networking Cube at Wilopark Dortmund, 156 pre-cultivated plant containers were lifted into pre-installed metal planters using a crane. Arranged in six rows, the greenery consists of 1,000 hanging wild vines and 1,000 shrub ivies, creating a lush, vertical landscape.

The pre-cultivation process allowed for instant, full-surface greening, as the plants were integrated directly from the nursery into the facade. Maintenance walkways, incorporated from the planning phase, ensure easy access for upkeep, while a fully automated irrigation system provides a consistent supply of water and nutrients, ensuring long-term vitality.
