Winning an apprenticeship in 2025 – Get your dream job with a video application!
Take part in our campaign and win an apprenticeship as a landscape gardener (m/f/d).
We are excited that you are interested in starting an apprenticeship as a landscape gardener with our company or in completing an internship with us.
Your fellow trainees are already looking forward to meeting you. Your mentor will guide and support you before and during your apprenticeship at Leonhards.
A structured training plan with a clear goal of long-term employment. You will rotate through all departments, attend training courses, receive regular feedback and be supported at every step.
We will support you all the way to a successful completion of your apprenticeship. Your training supervisor will guide you throughout the entire program. In addition, you will have dedicated contacts on each construction site.
We cover the costs for your Class B and BE driver’s licenses and enroll you in an intensive course. During this time, you will be released from your regular duties.
You will receive a starter package to begin your apprenticeship, have access to our internal company app for all important information and communication, and benefit from a monthly bonus on your personal prepaid credit card. Your workwear is provided through our rental service and includes an annual allowance. In addition, we offer attractive employee benefits such as discounted bike leasing through JobRad.
We will get you ready. During our dedicated trainee Saturdays, we help you strengthen both your theoretical and practical skills to ensure your success in the interim and final exams.
Take ownership and lead your own projects. You will be part of a dedicated trainee team and take full responsibility for your own construction sites together with your fellow trainees. From start to finish, you will handle all tasks independently and as a team.
Through the Erasmus program of the Horticultural Association, we support you in completing an internship abroad, for example in Crete or France. You can also take part in the GaLaBau Cup, where you have the chance to qualify for the WorldSkills competition.
Everything you need right on site. In addition to standard motorized and battery-powered tools, you will also be trained on our excavators and wheel loaders and use them regularly on the construction sites.
As a trainee with us, you will rotate through all six of our departments:
Landscape Construction and Major Projects
Civil Engineering and Infrastructure
Green Services and Maintenance
Green Roofs
Green Facade Installation
