Mühlenquartier

In late 2015, a new project was launched in collaboration with Stefan Frey AG and Artemis Development GmbH to develop an attractive residential quarter between Telleringstraße and Paulsmühlenstraße in Düsseldorf-Benrath. On the formerly industrial and commercial site, approximately 400 apartments were built across four development areas, each featuring a spacious, green inner courtyard.

An appealing public pedestrian and cycle path from Telleringstraße to the new underpass at Benrath station ensures better connectivity between old and new Benrath.

• Private green spaces, 4 residential block inner courtyards on underground parking: approx. 6,900 m²
• Private green spaces, front gardens: approx. 3,900 m²
• Public green space: approx. 1,100 m²
• Public road space: approx. 11,400 m²
