Trainee Leadership Development Program (m/f/d)

You bring the theory, we provide the practice. As a trainee, you will follow a personalized development plan and receive ongoing technical and personal support, with direct contact persons and dedicated mentors.

You will be involved in day-to-day operations, take part in exciting major projects, gain deep insights into various departments (such as Major Landscape Projects, Civil Engineering and Infrastructure, Green Roofs or Green Façades) and start building your own professional network. From the very beginning, you will take on responsibility and work independently, while always having the support you need.

Your Responsibilities

  • 12 to 15-month development program depending on your personal progress and focus
  • Supporting the responsible site manager as a future leader in tasks such as site management and team leadership
  • Assisting with ongoing construction sites, project execution, quality assurance and compliance with project specifications
  • Involvement in purchasing and logistics for materials and equipment, quantity surveying and invoicing, performance reports and change order management
  • Acting as an interface between clients, internal departments, external partners and subcontractors
  • Optional: 2-month stay at our partner company for vertical greening in Wuppertal
  • After successful completion of the trainee program, you will move into a permanent role as site manager in your jointly defined target position

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in Landscape Construction, Open Space Planning or Management, Landscape Development or Landscape Architecture, or certified Technician in Landscape Construction
  • Interest in working on exciting (major) projects and showing what you are capable of
  • Good command of standard MS Office applications
  • Motivation, sense of responsibility and reliability
