Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Christoph Leonhards has been leading the family business since 2013, now in its fifth generation. He studied landscape construction and management at the Weihenstephan University of Applied Sciences. With a strong background in business administration and years of industry experience, he manages the company with dedication and foresight.
Janine Ballein
Janine Ballein is a Marketing and Corporate Communications Officer. In her role, she is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and managing communication, both internally and externally. Her tasks also include planning and executing events as well as overseeing our social media channels.
Nick Berg
Nick Berg works as a construction manager in the facade greening department. He is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution and high-quality implementation of projects. In addition, he serves as the key contact for the technical requirements of facade greening.
Viola Biedermann
Viola Biedermann works as a site manager in the facade and interior greening department. She ensures the technically flawless and professional development of building-integrated greening systems. For any questions regarding the maintenance of green building projects, she is the go-to contact.
Melanie Blume
Melanie Blume supports the HR department and is responsible for seminar organisation within the company. Whether it’s mandatory training sessions or customised professional development, she handles scheduling, trainer and participant coordination and ensures the smooth execution of all employee training programs.
Jochen Boich
As Authorised Representative (Prokurist), Jochen Boich leads our Building Greening and Maintenance division. From consultation and cost calculation to on-site implementation, he and his team ensure the responsible execution of their tasks, backed by years of experience.
Yvonne Bramsiepe
Yvonne Bramsiepe is a certified master craftswoman in gardening and landscaping and works as a site manager in the facade and interior greening maintenance department. Together with her highly skilled team, she offers a comprehensive service package that includes maintenance, monitoring and remote supervision of vertical greenery.
Linda Buro
Linda Buro is the Head of Human Resources, responsible for HR marketing, recruiting, personnel development and training. She is always available to support our employees with any HR-related matters and actively fosters and identifies the talents we need for the future. For open positions within the company, she serves as the key contact for applicants.
Michael Dautzenberg
Michael Dautzenberg is the Operations Manager of our Building Greening department, responsible for the smooth and responsible execution of projects. With extensive experience, he ensures that project inquiries are carefully assessed, needs-based, and tailor-made, from planning to implementation.
Jürgen Degenthof
Jürgen Degenthof is responsible for work preparation, execution and billing of construction projects in the civil engineering and site development department. He serves as the key contact for all organisational matters related to project execution.
Jörg Dehler
As a site manager in the landscape construction and large-scale projects department, Jörg Dehler is responsible for the planning, execution and billing of construction projects.
Verena Domanowski
As Team Leader of Accounting, Verena Domanowski is responsible for finance and accounting. Together with her team, she ensures the smooth operation of the accounting department and serves as the go-to contact for all financial matters.
Anastasia Fedyukova
As an accountant, Anastasia Fedyukova is responsible for ongoing financial accounting and preparing the annual financial statements. She maintains an overview of all accounting transactions and ensures proper processing in accordance with applicable standards.
Kristina Franiel
Kristina Franiel works as an accounting clerk and is responsible for processing financial transactions and managing all tasks related to accounting operations.
Maurice Fromm
Maurice Fromm is a site manager in the civil engineering and site development department. He ensures the cost-efficient, high-quality and timely execution of construction projects, including documentation. Additionally, he is responsible for the coordination and billing of large-scale projects.
Thomas Fröhlich
Thomas Fröhlich works in the Green Service/Maintenance department. He is responsible for the smooth execution of large-scale planting projects, maintenance and automatic irrigation systems.
Alexander Funken
As a site manager in the roof greening department, Alexander Funken oversees the smooth execution and quality of projects in both intensive and extensive roof greening. He is also responsible for planning and work preparation for the respective construction sites.
Simone Gerling
Simone Gerling supports the landscape construction and large-scale projects team as a commercial-technical assistant in the commercial properties sector. She is responsible for billing and all organisational matters.
Anja Gilles
Anja Gilles supports the civil engineering and site development team in cost estimation preparation and the commercial management of projects.
Daniel Hinke
Daniel Hinke is the head of the roof greening department. His responsibilities include cost estimation, planning and execution of extensive and intensive green roofs, as well as the construction of balcony and terrace areas.
Christian Jotzo
Christian Jotzo supports the roof greening department with the execution and billing of construction projects. As a certified master gardener in landscaping, he brings years of professional experience and serves as a key contact for all organisational aspects of project execution.
Thomas Kortmann
Thomas Kortmann is a site manager in the Green Service/Maintenance department. As an FLL-certified tree inspector, he is responsible for tree safety assessments. Additionally, he oversees the maintenance of outdoor facilities.
Maurice Krampe
Maurice Krampe leads the training division within the company. With expertise, dedication and a keen understanding of people, he ensures that trainees receive the best possible support as they develop into skilled professionals.
Ilona Neu
Ilona Neu is responsible for the planning, registration and invoicing of maintenance sites within our green roof department. As a master gardener and landscaper, she benefits from her professional experience and is the contact person for all organizational issues relating to maintenance.
Andreas Nieder
As an Authorised Representative (Prokurist), Andreas Nieder leads the Green Service/Maintenance and Landscape Construction/Large-Scale Projects divisions. With extensive experience in landscaping and a strong sense of responsibility, he ensures the efficient execution of both internal and external projects.
Lucia Petarus
Lucia Petarus is the welcoming face at Leonhards’ reception. With her warm presence and professionalism, she ensures that both visitors and employees feel well taken care of. She manages appointments, handles calls and supports administrative tasks.
Peter Posch
Peter Posch is responsible for the dispatching of construction machinery and truck routes as well as warehouse management. He ensures that his colleagues are equipped with the necessary machines, tools, vehicles and materials.
Sonja Quick
Sonja Quick manages cost estimation, proposal preparation and technical execution in the facade and interior greening department. As a site manager, she works closely with the operations management team to ensure the efficient, cost-effective and timely execution and documentation of construction projects.
Ralf Romey
As an Authorised Representative (Prokurist), Ralf Romey heads the civil engineering and site development department. He is responsible for planning, executing and overseeing projects and serves as the point of contact for canal construction certification within the company. With years of experience, he also handles cost estimation and proposal preparation.
Silke Schaldach
Silke Schaldach is part of the Green Service/Maintenance department. She is responsible for work preparation and billing of construction projects and serves as a contact for organisational matters.

Michael Schäfer works in accounts payable and supports the team with his years of experience and reliability.
Julius Scholz
Julius Scholz is a site manager in the New Construction of Facade Greening department and is responsible for the coordinated and smooth implementation of projects. His responsibilities include preparation, coordination and communication between planners, clients and all project participants, as well as coordinating the individual trades and managing day-to-day operations.
Anja Schröder
Anja Schröder is also part of the Green Service/Maintenance department. She is responsible for work preparation and billing of construction projects, as well as serving as a contact for organizational matters.
Susanne Steiner
Susanne Steiner is part of the facade greening team. With her extensive experience in various technical and commercial departments, she is responsible for billing and internal project organisation.
Michaela Wacker
Michaela Wacker ensures smooth operations in our administration department, handling organisational and administrative tasks. She also plans and manages customer and employee events.
