Your Responsibilities
Major Projects or Civil Engineering / Infrastructure
- Carrying out construction work on large-scale sites, such as path construction, sewer work, and machine operation
Green Roofs
- Performing tasks on green roof construction sites, including laying protective and drainage layers, pneumatic substrate installation, seeding and planting, and slab work
Green Services / Maintenance
- Performing site work such as planting, lawn care, hedge and tree trimming, and technical landscaping tasks
- Operating machinery
- Identifying plant damage and deficiency symptoms
- Managing fertilization
- Controlling pests
Additionally
- Understanding the bigger picture when it comes to cost-effective project execution
- Motivating and supporting team cohesion, while acting as a role model for our apprentices
Your Profile
- Certified gardener in landscaping or qualified construction worker in civil engineering
- Alternatively, at least 5 years of experience in landscape construction, large-scale site work, or civil engineering
- Skilled in machine operation
- Solid plant knowledge, especially for maintenance work
- Experience in manual skills such as masonry, concreting, and installations
- Physically fit and resilient
- Class B driver’s license
