You have successfully completed your studies and are ready to gain hands-on experience?
Then become a Site Manager with us and take responsibility for your first own projects.
During your structured onboarding phase, you will be supported by experienced colleagues from various departments.

Your Responsibilities

Efficient, high-quality, and on-time execution and documentation of green roof projects
Work preparation
Ensuring compliance with contractual service requirements
Preparing and submitting change orders
On-site supervision of construction activities
Preparing bids and quantity take-offs
Measuring works and preparing invoices
Submitting monthly performance reports
Coordinating and guiding foremen and subcontractors
Reviewing incoming invoices and daily reports

Your Profile

Degree in Landscape Construction or a related field, or a certified Technician in Landscape Construction
Willingness to take on responsibility
Dynamic, independent, and results-driven working style
You are a team player who is reliable, flexible, and able to handle pressure
