You have successfully completed your studies and are ready to gain hands-on experience?
Then become a Site Manager with us and take responsibility for your first own projects.
During your structured onboarding phase, you will be supported by experienced colleagues from various departments.
Your Responsibilities
- Efficient, high-quality, and on-time execution and documentation of green roof projects
- Work preparation
- Ensuring compliance with contractual service requirements
- Preparing and submitting change orders
- On-site supervision of construction activities
- Preparing bids and quantity take-offs
- Measuring works and preparing invoices
- Submitting monthly performance reports
- Coordinating and guiding foremen and subcontractors
- Reviewing incoming invoices and daily reports
Your Profile
- Degree in Landscape Construction or a related field, or a certified Technician in Landscape Construction
- Willingness to take on responsibility
- Dynamic, independent, and results-driven working style
- You are a team player who is reliable, flexible, and able to handle pressure
