As Department Head (m/f/d) for Green Services / Maintenance, you will work independently and closely with the division management. You will oversee our exciting and complex planting and maintenance projects and successfully execute them with your team.
Alternatively, you may currently be working as a Project Manager, Team Leader, or Site Manager (m/f/d) and are looking to grow into a department head role.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic direction, leadership, and development of the Green Services / Maintenance department
  • Taking on leadership responsibility and team development for 4 salaried employees and 25 skilled workers
  • Managing and growing the current annual revenue volume of €2.5 million
  • Overseeing and planning all aspects of successful project execution: meeting deadlines and budget targets, ensuring high execution quality, managing cost calculations, work preparation, documentation, billing, change order management, and team coordination
  • Acquiring new projects and acting as the contact person for clients, both new and existing

Your Profile

  • You hold a degree (Engineer/Bachelor/Master) in Landscape Construction, Landscape Architecture, or a related field; alternatively, you are an experienced Landscape Construction Technician with proven leadership experience
  • You bring at least 5 years of industry and management experience
  • You have a solid understanding of commercial processes, especially in cost calculation, pricing, accounting, and reporting, as well as several years of hands-on project management experience
  • You are ready to take responsibility and work in a structured and independent way
  • You are assertive and a strong communicator who advocates for your team and the company’s interests
  • You are proficient in standard MS Office applications
