Your Responsibilities

Major Projects or Civil Engineering / Infrastructure

Carrying out construction work on large-scale sites, such as path construction, sewer work, and machine operation

Green Roofs

Performing tasks on green roof construction sites, including laying protective and drainage layers, pneumatic substrate installation, seeding and planting, and slab work

Green Services / Maintenance

Performing site work such as planting, lawn care, hedge and tree trimming, and technical landscaping tasks
Operating machinery
Identifying plant damage and deficiency symptoms
Managing fertilization
Controlling pests

Additionally

Understanding the bigger picture when it comes to cost-effective project execution
Motivating and supporting team cohesion, while acting as a role model for our apprentices

Your Profile

Certified gardener in landscaping or qualified construction worker in civil engineering
Alternatively, at least 5 years of experience in landscape construction, large-scale site work, or civil engineering
Skilled in machine operation
Solid plant knowledge, especially for maintenance work
Experience in manual skills such as masonry, concreting, and installations
Physically fit and resilient
Class B driver’s license
